How the process works:

  1. Leave your contact information with details of what you would like to build in the form below. 
  2. If this is something we can do, you will receive a link to book a design consultation with one of our engineers. The cost is $50 and it's non refundable in case you decide not to proceed with the build.
  3. We'll discuss your particular needs and come up with a design that meets them.
  4. The engineer will prepare the estimate for the build along with project details and timeline.
  5. Once you approve the design, we'll get your project into the production queue. Turnaround time for smaller projects is usually 15 business days (or less) + shipping time to your location. Larger projects will obviously require more time to complete.

How we price your custom flight simulator:

 

1. Simple customization of an existing panel design – The avionics on the panel change, but no changes to the physical dimensions of the panel are made.

a. Standard customization: Cost is the price of the panel your layout is based on + $500.
For example, if you want a modified version of one of the Pro-Panels, the cost would be the price of the panel + $500.

b. G1000 replacement (RealSimGear or Aviatek only):
If the customization is a straightforward replacement of a G1000 unit using RealSimGear or Aviatek components, the cost is the price of the panel + $300 ($200 discounted rate).

We have a wide variety of dimensions for commonly used flight simulator components and cutouts. If you plan to use products that are not standard or commonly used, additional costs may apply unless exact dimensions are provided.

2. Custom work not based on an existing design - An entirely new panel, console, or pedestal is designed including determination of the physical size of each unit, avionics layout, glare shield, and support structures. This includes all new CAD/CAM work, test cuts and fitment testing. Pricing starts at $1000* + time and materials to be determined by the scope of the project.

3. Blank panel based on an existing design - If you just want one of our panels without any pre-cut banks, eg. just a solid panel, we can do that for the price of the panel that you're interested in + $200. For example, if you wanted a blank Pro-Panel, it would be the price of the panel + $200*.
