How the process works:

  1. Reach out to us at 866.937.9371 or leave your contact information in the form below. We'll get back to you right away.
  2. We'll discuss your particular needs and come up with a design that meets them.
  3. Once you approve the design, we'll get your project into the production queue. Turnaround time for smaller projects is usually 15 business days (or less) + shipping time to your location. Larger projects will obviously require more time to complete.


How we price your custom flight simulator:

  1. Simple customization of an existing panel design - The avionics on the panel change, but no changes to the physical dimensions of the panel are made. Cost is the price of the panel your layout is based on + $200. For example if you wanted a modified FV1, it would be the price of the panel + $200*.  

  2. Custom work not based on an existing design - An entirely new panel, console, or pedestal is designed including determination of the physical size of each unit, avionics layout, glare shield, and support structures. This includes all new CAD/CAM work, test cuts and fitment testing. Pricing starts at $299.99* + time and materials to be determined by the scope of the project.

  3. Blank panel based on an existing design - If you just want one of our panels without any pre-cut banks, eg. just a solid panel, we can do that for the price of the panel that you're interested in + $100. For example, if you wanted a blank FV1, it would be the price of the panel + $100*.
