UPDATE 4: COVID-19 Statement from the CEO and Founder
To everyone:
I hope that all of you are staying safe by practicing social distancing, wearing masks, and washing your hands frequently. Doing so will surely help prevent the spread and it's associated suffering, not to mention the overwhelmingly negative socio-economic impacts.
Here at Flight Velocity, as always, we're working hard for you while following all CDC guidelines. As you might expect, we are experiencing various shipping delays on all products due to COVID-19 related supply chain issues.
Shipments of these products haven't stopped, just know that there will be delays in receiving what you ordered. Delays are as follows:
- Logitech products are delayed at least 2-6 weeks depending on the product
- Certain RealSimGear components are delayed 1-2 weeks
- Honeycomb Alpha flight yokes are delayed 3-4 weeks
- Panels and Trim Wheels are delayed 3-6 business days
