30 Day Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your new purchase you may return the item for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are non refundable.
To return merchandise for refund or replacement, please contact customer support to be issued a RMA number. Returned products that do not contain a RMA number will not be accepted. Refunds will not be authorized after 30 days.
Flight Velocity is not liable for damaged shipments sent to us. We recommend using a well know carrier like FedEx or UPS and send the computer back in the original packaging. The RMA number that was issued to you should be clearly marked on the outside packaging.

Limited Parts Warranty for Complete Systems
The Limited Parts Warranty covers components inside the case (excluding special order items) of a PC that we've built. We will replace or repair any system component for the period of six months from the ship date. If a replacement component is no longer available or is discontinued, Flight Velocity reserves the right to substitute the component for an equivalent part, or offer an upgrade option.
If the need for said repair was due to customer negligence (determined at our discretion) we reserve the right to charge the customer for the cost of labor at our current hourly labor rate. No other parts or accessories are covered under the Limited Parts Warranty. This includes LCD monitors, speaker systems, keyboards, mice, and any software products. These items are covered through their specific product manufactures.
Lifetime Technical Support for Complete Systems
You are entitled to free technical support from us for as long as you own the system. Technical support is NON-TRANSFERABLE to any subsequent owner. Should you need technical support contact us at support@flighevelocity.com.
Return for Service
In the event your system cannot be repaired on-site your product may be returned for service. Original packaging is recommended due to fragile system components. Please keep all packaging in the event of a service return.
