This is a throttle and mixture combination levers resembling the Cirrus SR20/22 throttle that fits the Logitech/Saitek throttle quadrant.
Just like the real aircraft, the Throttle is shiny silver on the sides and matte black in the center. The mixture is glossy red! Comes assembled and ready to be installed. I have tried to make the throttle light enough so that it does not drop on its own. However, if your Logitech/Saitek quadrant is too loose (which some of them may get) the throttle can drop on its own below 25%.
The width is about 2.9" to it fits perfectly in the palm.
